Pet-Friendly Community:

Maximum Pets per Apartment: 2 Pets Max 
Pet Fee: One-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet
Pet Rent: $30 monthly per pet. 
Weight Limit: 100 lbs
Breed Restrictions do apply, please contact the onsite leasing office for more information. 
Some restricted breeds are Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow & any mix of the breed.

Pet screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create your profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement EVEN if you do not have a pet.
